What we keep

Patient accounts: name, mobile number, gender, date of birth and family members' names. Bookings: doctor, date, serial. After a visit, the prescription the doctor wrote.

Who can see it

Every clinic's or doctor's patient records belong to that practice alone. You see your own bookings and the prescriptions of visits you booked here. Platform administrators look after accounts, not patients' medical records.

How it is protected

Everything travels over HTTPS, contact details can be encrypted in the database, backups run daily, and every view or change of records is logged. SMS is used only for booking codes, confirmations and reminders.

Your rights

You can change your profile at any time. To delete your account, contact us (tbox.info.bd@gmail.com).
