By using Mr. Prescription (TBOX) you agree to these terms.

For patients

• Booking details (name, mobile number) must be correct. Mobile numbers are confirmed with an SMS code.
• Medical decisions and fees are the doctor's and the chamber's. Fees are paid at the chamber.
• If you can't come, cancel the booking early so another patient can have the time.
• In an emergency go to the nearest hospital — this service is not a replacement for emergency care.

For doctors and organizations

• Keeping your profile (degrees, BMDC number, fees) correct is your responsibility. BMDC numbers are checked.
• Use patients' information only for their care. No one outside your practice can see your practice's records.
• From the day after a package ends, the system is view only — old records can be seen, nothing can be added or changed — and it works again on renewal. Your data is not deleted.
• A package change (upgrade or downgrade) starts the same day; the unused part of the current package is taken off as credit, and the invoice explains every line.
• Price changes take effect from the next month.
